Michele’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and labor and employment counseling and defense. She handles a wide range of general business conflicts, including contract disputes, business torts, breaches of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference matters.
Michele also provides advice and counsel on federal and state employment laws regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave requests and accommodations, and wage and hour issues. She also assists employers with employment policies, handbooks, severance agreements, non-competition matters, and she’s played a key role in internal investigations into alleged violations of various employment laws.
