I strive to bring a no-nonsense approach to our clients’ complex real estate issues, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessarily technical jargon. As an attorney, my goal is to always provide a simple answer first.
Chris appreciates the advisory role he plays with clients and takes seriously his responsibility to help their projects move forward by providing practical solutions to complex legal and business issues. As part of the Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton commercial real estate team, Chris advises clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, from drafting and negotiating retail and office leases to buying, selling and financing commercial-grade properties. Mr. Eisenlohr also advises borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial lending transactions.
A Dallas native, Chris earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, cum laude, from Texas A&M University. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
