Sandra Jonas is an experienced labor and employment attorney and business litigator. A dedicated advocate, Sandra represents her clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, and other state-specific laws around the country. Sandra also provides tailored advice on compliance issues through her commitment to understanding the inner workings of her clients’ businesses.
As a business litigator, Sandra’s experience includes representing clients in cases for breach of contract, including breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and fraud.
Sandra is from Toronto, Canada. Prior to law school, she lived in Japan teaching business English to Japanese executives. In law school, Sandra earned distinguished awards in both written and oral advocacy, including Best Overall Advocate, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. When not practicing law, Sandra enjoys volunteering as a board member for Our Friend’s Place.
