Gregory A. Kline brings with him over 17 years of experience to the Firm. He has expertise in a wide array of commercial real estate matters, specializing in the representation of national, regional and local landlords and tenants in the negotiation and documentation of retail leases, office leases, industrial leases, ground leases and billboard leases.
In addition, Greg regularly represents clients in the purchase, sale and development of retail, single family residential, office, multi-family, industrial, mixed use and raw land properties. He also had broad experience in banking and lending and the formation and structuring of various business entities, including corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and developer/investor joint ventures. Further, Greg maintains a construction practice including the representation of owners and contractors in construction and mechanic’s lien matters.
Greg was named by D Magazine in 2015 as a best Real Estate lawyer and prior to that, was recognized as a Texas Rising Star in 2007 and 2008 in the Real Estate category. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Construction Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas.

Throughout his career, Greg has closed more than 6,000,000 square feet of lease transactions.
